Terms & Conditions

Prices, Tax and Duty All prices are in US Dollars and include shipping. No sales tax is payable in Thailand. However, any local taxes, duty, import taxes etc. are the responsibility of the customer. Payment Terms All orders must be pre-paid by credit card (or gift certificate) at time the order is placed. Sequinpooch.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Credit card transactions are processed via InternetSecure, one of the largest and most trusted credit card processors on the Internet. The name that will appear on your statement is Antu Garment Limited Partnership or sequinpooch.com. Shipping Sequinpooch will ship free to anywhere in the world using Registered Airmail. Express UPS is also available at an additional fee. See Shipping Infomation for details. We will only ship an order to the address of the cardholder who placed the order. Delivery Times We deal with and make most orders on an individual basis. The making period for standard dog coats is usually 14 to 21 days. Larger size orders, orders with unique specifications and some of the more complicated styles will take around 21 to 28 days to make. Allow 7 to 14 days for delivery via Registered Airmail. If you choose UPS then delivery should take 3 to 5 days. If you need your coat for a special event it is wise to order 5 weeks in advance to allow for unforeseen issues that may arise. Returns We must be notified of all returns within 24 hours of receipt. After this period we have the right to refuse a return. Items must be returned unworn as soon as possible within 15 days. Once we receive the returned item it will be remade or modified to rectify any points of dissatisfaction and then shipped back to you. Only if a fix or remake cannot be done will a refund be issued. Payment of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Do not ship returns by UPS or Fedex etc. Please use the express international service at your post office to return any items after you have contacted us for our return shipping address and details. PLACING YOUR ORDER MEANS YOU HAVE AGREED TO THESE TERMS.
